Free Online Weekly Meditation

We run this meditation every Tuesday at 12:30 PM.

It is a 30 minutes session arranged as follows:

  • 5 minutes introduction to the practice.

  • 20 minutes guided meditation.

  • 5 minutes for feedback and if you have any question.

In each session, we explore various types of meditation, allowing participants to experience the unique benefits of each and discover which resonates most comfortably with them.
