What can the course include?

Depending on your goals for the course, we can customize it to meet your needs. Initially, we offer the following two options:

  1. Introduction - Single 1.5-hour session
    This provides a panoramic overview, offering glimpses into selected topics. Following this, the audience will have a foundation for further research to enhance their practices.

  2. Build the skill - Five sessions, one per week, each lasting 1.5 hour.
    This will entail the course being conducted over a period of five weeks, giving a chance for in-depth coverage for the selected topics, as well as time for reflection, practice, and review.
